		<description>You&#039;re right. The pace of change in tech is only going to increase. Keeping up is not going to get any easier. More education is needed. Conferences are good. What else can we do to creatively encourage participation? Need to spend some time thinking on that.  </description>

		<description>Great post Gordon! I tend to agree with most of what you&#039;re saying. The biggest thing that comes to mind for me is that churches need to remain relevant. The pace at which technology moves it&#039;s is only going to widen the gap between the rate at which the church adopts tech vs. business. I mean, kids don&#039;t even read email these days, yet some adults at church are just learning email. Kids only respond to text messages. If you&#039;re not reaching kids where they are, we&#039;re gonna risk not be relevant to them. I think the church needs to catch up and I think the  marketplace needs to help &#039;em :).  </description>
