SermonCast

SermonCast features the recorded preaching archives of Bob Russell, retired Senior Minister of Southeast Christian Church in Louisville, KY.

“One of the most gifted preachers in America.” –Chuck Colson

At just twenty-two years of age, Bob became the pastor of Southeast.

Today that small congregation of 120 members has become one of the largest churches in America, with 18,000 people attending the three worship services every weekend. Bob retired from Southeast in June 2006.

SermonCast is pleased to present this podcast of Max Lucado’s FEARLESS: Facing 2010 with More Trust [and less fear!]. Select the program length, 54:00 minute or 24:00 minute, that best fits your schedule. We would like to thank the great teams at Ambassador Advertising Agency and Thomas Nelson Publishers for working with us to make the program available to the Twitter community. If the conversation touches you in some way, we would love for you to post a comment HERE. We will forward responses to the Lucado Team.

Building the Future by Preserving the Past

when_god_buildsMore than 35,000 people came forward to receive salvation during Bob Russell’s 40 year ministry at Southeast.

These messages are preserved here so that this rich legacy – of faithfully preaching the gospel and helping others grow in Christ – will be passed on to future generations.

“In this way they will lay up treasure for themselves as a firm foundation for the coming age, so that they may take hold of the life that is truly life.” (1 Timothy 6:19)
