We are excited to announce that Glorystone.tv, a cloud services and content marketing company, has entered into an agreement with Amb-OS Media LLC (Irvine, CA) in order to expand the company’s content services to support digital audio in The eStation.
Under this agreement, The eStation will become the first online video platform to use the Internet transmission system of Amb-OS to access and deliver the audio files of more than 230 broadcasts, representing nearly every program heard on Christian radio in the U.S.
This move marks another step toward giving faith-based enterprises the ability to leverage The eStation’s publishing and syndication services, and expanding library of video and audio, to create their own platforms and channels.
The eStation’s end-to-end tool set to manage video content for both on-demand and live delivery is now available for audio. Key components include content management, hosting, encoding, customized players, analytics, interactivity and monetization through integrated and 3rd-party options.
The system makes it easier for customers to buy their hosted video/audio solution vs. building it themselves.
The first-of-its kind TV/Radio app lets the user choose to listen to audio channels or watch video channels on a single, beautiful HTML5 player that plays on any device.
Rapid ascent of HTML5
Early on, the company embraced HTML5 technology for its player and content management system. Newly announced Google Chromecast, and other wireless streaming options that use HTML5, make it extremely simple for eStation customers to reach TV audiences using these receiver technologies to see and hear content on their large HDTV set.
The mission of Glorystone.tv is to make Internet TV/Radio and content syndication available to anyone that wants to transmit the gospel. The eStation, and rapid ascent of HTML5 on the TV screen, is making that a reality, while HTML5 Web standards could even help bring the platform to the car in the next couple of years.
At the recent NRB Convention and Expo, Glorystone.tv had an excellent reception to The eStation and Content Network featuring more than one hundred leading providers. Early customers tapping into the powerful new technology platform include Christian Leadership Alliance, White’s Chapel UMC (Southlake, TX), Christian Television Network, WSCF-FM and Christian FM Network (Vero Beach, FL).
